I had an excellent experience. My friend sent a photo of the orchid I chose and it was lovely. Also, I called at a late notice and you were able to have the orchid delivered prior to the deadline. The salesperson that assisted me via telephone was knowledgeable and courteous.

The flowers were beautiful, however I am disappointed that they were not delivered until 5:28 in the afternoon, two minutes before closing time. But the delivery person was very nice.
