I was extremely pleased with the speed of the delivery and the quality of the flowers. I made the order at around 2 AM and my flowers were delivered by 11 AM that day! Also, the quality of the flowers was excellent! I always order flowers locally and preferably from a family-owned business. I am, extremely happy with Avas!

In two different orders, I chose a date specifically for birthdays but the orders were not delivered on that day. Customer service did respond when I called / emailed and followed up but was never able to give any specifics as to why the order was delayed our when it would be delivered.
