I was very impressed with the service I got when I found out the days were changed and I needed flowers delivered to a funeral within 3 hours. The guy on the phone was super helpful and made sure he got them there before the service started. Its been along time since I have seen customer service done so well. Thank you for making it as easy as possible for us.
