I forgot an important birthday for a family memeber and on the day of her birthday, in a panic I ordered flowers from Avas for same day deliver. Avas was able to accept the same day deliver but quickly called to let me know the arrangement I ordered would not be available bc they didnt have certain flowers to go in the arrangement. When the rep called to let me know, he already had a solution and provided me with other flowers to put into the arrangement, providing the same color arrangement and "tropical" appearance. When the flowers were delivered, it was a huge hit and they were beautiful. I received text pictures and much praise! Thxs Avas!
