Jerry, the gentleman who helped me with my order was very friendly and helpful. It's hard to order flowers and plants on-line because you are never exactly sure what the delivered item is going to look like. Jerry assured me that the item I chose which was upgraded would be beautiful. Thank you, Jerry.

Excellent service! Beautiful flowers and I was very happy that they didn't spoil the surprise when they called the recipient to ask who can be there to pick up the flowers. Instead they said they had a package to deliver and it didn't spoil the surprise. Very happy about that!!

Ordering was very easy on line, my mother was so pleased with the flowers she has received. It was her 80th birthday and she was not disappointed. I really appreciated that the ordering process was so easy and that the flowers were delivered prior to the guaranteed delivery time, since the funeral was set to begin at 11:00 a.m. which was the guaranteed time!
