The only part,of this thing tha was difficult & it was quite difficult --'was not the people I was talking to. It was evidently your system. The could not understand what I was saying & we had to redo the whole thing Several times. They were fine when it was finally gotten straight, the lady that worked with me was very nice. And my Mother thought her Flowers were beautiful. Thank you.
