The status for delivery has stayed out for delivery then it changed to re-deliver. So I had to ask my brother in the hospital if he had received the basket. I am not sure when it was delivered.

Easy to order, a little language barrier with the person taking the order but turned out okay, confirmation of order was delayed so I called back to confirm, some confusion with the email given to the person taking the order, but she was very nice and professional. Recipient thought the flowers were lovely.
