Very fast delivery, beautiful flowers, but they shorted the order A balloon. Paid for 3 latex balloons and a Mylar balloon.. There was only 2 latex balloons delivered.

The flowers were beautiful. It was to be delivered at noon to the funeral home. The arrangement arrived at 3 pm. I wanted it there in time for the visitation which was at 5 pm. It was there in time, but only because a friend told me to put a delivery time of a few hours earlier than needed on it. She had flowers in the past with Avas that were delivered so late that the funeral was over. I have always had good service with Avas, but I am glad I listened to her this time.
