The order was not going to be delivered until the next day after I paid for same delivery. This was a special order for my brother birthday He leaves in another city. I don't get to see him that often So these flowers were important. So when I got a call from avas, I was in tears to know my brother won't get The flowers until Monday. The Customer service representative said Let me help you I don't want you To be upset. Let me call him for you And leave a special birthday message from You while im on the phone. He called And left a message gave me a credit back And sent a large bouquet my brother was So very happy he was in tears . I want to thank the representative he made My heart happy.
