Thank you for getting the bouquet to the funeral home on time. It looked nothing at all like the picture; I specifically wanted gladiolas, as our aunt grew the most beautiful ones in the county; there were none in the arrangement. Also, instead of a basket, the vase was white plastic. I didn't get a chance to look closely at the flowers, but most of them looked like silk instead of fresh. All in all, not what I ordered or paid for, but I was thankful they were there.
