I ordered the regular bouquet and you upgraded to deluxe the flowers were beautiful but the vase was not the one I wanted. Next time seliverehat I order or don't deliver at all and let me know. Other than that the service was great and delivery was timely. Thanks and have A blessed day

I am so pleased with this service. I ordered my mother flowers for her birthday the evening before her birthday. They arrived promptly on time for her birthday. My mother sent me a picture of the flowers and they were AMAZING! I am so pleased and happy and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Customer service phone rep was very helpful. Flowers were delivered in a timely manner. Your online policy states that flowers would be left with someone or the recipient would be called to schedule a mutually agreeable delivery time. Recipient was not at home and flowers were left on front porch in 98 degree heat and she called to thank me for the dead flowers. I'm sure she was joking; however, my guess is that they were quite wilted when she got home. Very disappointing.
