My experience with your service has been mixed. The arrangement was beautiful as advertised. The arrangement was delivered as scheduled. I do have a problem with the advertised price. There is no mention of the service charge which increased the price. Why not advertise the price to include the service charge?

This was my first time ordering with Ava's Flowers. The customer service rep was very nice and helpful. The flowers were delivered in a timely manner and the bouquet was beautiful. I took a chance in allowing Ava's Flowers to choose the bouquet for me, and they did not disappoint. I will definitely order from Ava's Flowers again!!
