You really never know when you are sending flowers to someone and you won't see them. They were a gift for my Granddaughter, She told me the roses were beautiful and still looking good 7 days later. Thank you.

Thank you for delivering the flowers on Saturday. My sister received them when they arrived home after the funeral and they looked just like the picture online. She sent me a picture to thank me and they were beautiful. Thank you so much.

I ordered flowers for my sister Thursday of last week, which was administrative assistant's week, and everybody and their brother who had forgotten about it needed flowers delivered yesterday! Despite that, the customer service rep., Mary, who I dealt with on the phone, was amazingly helpful to me while choosing the flowers and helping to get everything on the card that needed to be there. I was very impressed, to say the least. Given that my experience ordering was so good, that my sister loved her flowers, and that they were delivered right when I was told they would be, I will definitely order through this business again. I ordered online hoping to get flowers to my sister for her birthday, on the same day. I was pleasantly surprised to find not only did Ava's have same day delivery but had just the flowers that my sister loves. I placed the order and in about 90 minutes I got a call from my sister. She was thrilled with the flowers. Thank you for the best customer service I have ever experienced. I've already called and told one of your phone operators how pleased I was. Thank you so much for saving me from my own procrastination.
