I was told the flowers we lovely and I am pleased that they arrived in a timely manner. I was frustrated that the flowers I ordered were advertised as "free delivery" but I was then surprised at the end with a $13 service/ handling fee. I would have preferred to know about that before spending time looking at options. Also, the picture shown was for a more expensive option.
