I ordered three baskets to be sent to three different recipients. Two of the three did not receive a gift card (although I dictated the card to the associate taking the orders) so when they received the basket they had no idea who sent it or what it was for. I would give you a good rating for the associate who took the order but bad for the delivery experience.
