Great service, thank you. The order was taken to a senior retirement home and I assume left at front desk. The recipient is unable to accept the flowers or acknowledge receipt. As a suggestion, it would be very nice, if a text to your customers could verify delivery and who received the flowers. Again, thank you for your help.
