The entire ordering process with Avas was a very positive experience..I was very upset with the passing of a dear friend, the rep I spoke with was kind and caring, flowers were delivered same day, and my friend was overwhelmed at how big and beautiful the arrangement was, colorful and vibrant, so thank you so much for bringing some light to a very dark time
