Totally pleased with the quality of the flowers and the speed of the delivery, however, I was taken aback by the surprising service charge at the end of the checkout process. It would have been nice to be made aware of this charge at the beginning of the process, not the end.

Ordering was super easy! We just had issues with the phone confirmation as I (mom) am ordering and he is in Class! I am excited for my daughter to get these flowers as she is in Florida and just lost her dog of 13 years, it looks like a beautiful bright arrangement! Hoping to bring a smile to her face!
