I was unable to get any tracking information on the order, online or on the phone. Neither the phone automated system nor the links online are very user friendly. I wasn't able to get in touch with anyone with questions about my order. Other than that I was very pleased with the floral arrangement. It was beautiful.

Daniel was very helpful and professional. I rate him Excellent. I requested an email or text with a picture of the final product. Daniel did put that request in for me. As of now, I have not received that picture which is important to me. Thanks!

I didn't actually see the flowers that were delivered but my mother told me they were beautiful. She couldn't get over the huge lilies!

My experience was fantastic, the florist was extremely helpful to me in choosing exactly what I wanted in my arrangement. The end product was absolutely gorgeous, I was extremely pleased and would recommend using Avas flowers again.

the family enjoyed Bon Apetit Gourmet Basket. There was some of something for everybody. Nuts, cheese, crackers, variety of fruit both summer and winter - bananas, peaches plumbs, pears, oranges, apples, grapes. Also chocolates. The presentation was lovely with a beautiful bow on top..
