I asked for a battery candle to be put in the middle of the fall silk arrangement. Since I am 12 hrs away I asked my niece to send a picture of the arrangement. I couldn't determine the quality of the candle and whether or not the candle was on but I hope it was adequate. Thank you. I think it would be good policy to provide a picture for each customer.

First off, I would like to say that my Mom was very pleased with her flowers, so thank you! However, here's how you can improve...I ordered flowers and candy for my Mom's birthday. I placed the order on 11/9 for delivery on 11/10. I was charged for express delivery (???). Somehow, the flowers and candy were delivered that same day, a day before her birthday. The next morning, on 11/10, the day of the intended delivery, I received a text saying that my order had just been delivered. Really? Not so. Again, she loved the arrangement so no complaints there. Thank you!

The person who took my order was very, very good! Very knowledgeable and courteous. I was happy about same day delivery; however, the picture my sister posted on FB was disappointing as it did not look like the one on your website. I definitely knew what the standard and deluxe looked like. She was happy and excited so that made me happy.
