Overall good experience. The call-center people did not do a good job. They had a lot of trouble understanding my request, I had to ask 4 times in 4 different ways to get them to understand that I needed an invoice sent to me, it was a very frustrating experience. Other than that all was good, flowers received on time

Amazing service!! I needed Flowers delivered in Connecticut and I called from Florida on a Saturday right before you closed. From that telephone call, to the emails keeping me abreast of the hardship you had delivering, to the ultimate delivery of the flowers I am totally impressed with your company. I feel you went over and above to get the flowers to my cousin who had just lost her Mom. I needed to let her know I cared, and you made that happen. Thank you for your excellent service!!!
