ORDERING BY PHONE WAS VERY EASY. PERSON THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. EVERYTHING WAS DONE PROMPTLY AND THE COMMUNICATION WAS EXCELLENT. DELIVERY TIME WAS EXPLAINED TO ME AND I MY WIFE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THE FLOWERS WERE BEAUTIFUL LIKE 1 HOUR BEFORE THE DELIVERY TIME THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME. VERY GOOD SERVICE. WILL USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN.
