Thank you for delivering a beautiful floral arrangement and chocolates on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately I did not place my order until 2 days before Christmas. I know this company went above and beyond to make sure my best friend who had just moved to Montrose felt loved for Christmas. In addition, I messed up something on my order and it doubled. I sent an email and within a very short time I received confirmation my email was received. Then received another email confirming the double charge had been credited. Plus a follow-up to insure everyone was happy. I don't ever recall receiving such great service. I'll definitely use Avas for my best friends birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Thank you Betina Bartels
