Was very pleased with the ease of ordering, the follow-up notices tracking my order and the flowers. The only thing that bothered me a little was that the buttons to order the sympathy ribbon and card were pre-selected and I did not notice. Seems a little presumptuous and made for some unnecessary steps. But, you were quick to respond with my request to remove those items and refund the money. I would definitely order from Avas again and would recommend them. Thank you!

Great experience! Called at 9am to order flowers to be delivered the same day. Great customer service while placing the order. They got everything right and the bouquet was wonderful!
