Easy, efficient, no fuss or hassle! I placed the order for a funeral in the Chicago area. The blooming plant was delivered on time and I received an email telling me that it was delivered and who signed for it. No worries on my part. This is great customer service. The report that I'm getting from family members is that the plant is beautiful. I am on my work computer so I cannot access that public feedback sights that you have or I would tell everyone.
