Thank you for the great customer service. I place an order on line which was to be delivered the next day. I called customer service to see if we could deliver the SAME day - I was sending the flowers and Teddy bear to my 8 year old granddaughter who's day passed away that morning. The card told Ella to hug the bear whenever she missed Hanna and think of all the good memories. Customer service called the designer and was so kind and said they would try their best to get the arrangement out that day. Ella AND her parents loved it! They even sent a picture of her hugging the bear and smiling. You helped a sweet little girl get through a very difficult day. Thank you so much for the great customer service!
