My daughter loved the peace lily that I had delivered from Ava's Flowers, but I think that the person whom I spoke with needs a refresher course in Customer Service, I felt like I was talking to a robot, no enthusiasm in her voice at all, because I deal in customer service every day I quickly picked up on this issue. Otherwise all over experience was fine. FYI, you can hear when someone is smiling when commicating by phone. Sincerely, Judith Warner
