I placed my order by phone, from out of state in IL, for delivery on Saturday, the day before Easter. Being so far away probably made me more sensitive and a little alarmed, when my daughter called at 4:30pm Eastern, saying the flowers hadn't arrived, and the assembled family was going to leave the house for dinner in an hour. I called Ava's immediately, and was reassured I would be notified as soon as the delivery was completed, and if nobody was at the house, the flowers would be left on the porch. I was about to pick up the phone to report to my daughter, when she called to say the delivery had just been made, and the Jumping for Joy arrangement was gorgeous - each flower was fresh and beautiful. I was delighted by the photo she sent of this stunning design, which will be enjoyed by the hostess for many days. Thank you for your outstanding service and very lovely product!
