I don't know how the actual delivery went, but she sent a picture of the bouquet and the picture online did not match what she received. It looked much fuller/nicer online. Oh well.

Everyone I talked to at the hospice loved the flowers and ny Aunt said they were very pretty! Thank you sooo much and the lady in the phone was very nice who took order! So glad you were open late that night! Again THANK YOU!

My Aunt who was celebrating her 85th birthday loved her flowers. She mentioned that the person at the door told her not to rush as she approached the door using a walker. They even helped her unwrap the delivery which was a genuinely beautiful gesture. I thank you so very much for your kindness.

This was an excellent experience with Ava's Flowers. I must say, the website is far improved and customer service representatives were excellent. A great improvement! The flowers delivered were very different than the picture, but the recipient was over the moon with the arrangement. Thank you very much.
