very impressed- remembered I needed to send flowers to a friend and googled flower shops in her city and found this site- ordered them online and I received a message from my friend 3 hours later thanking me for the beautiful flowers. Great service!!!!

The arrangement was beautiful and ordering was easy. However, the "In Loving Memory" banner was not included and stand was not delivered as stated when ordering. Otherwise great service.
