Delivery was good, but the centerpiece ordered did not even remotely resemble the picture. I can send a picture as the recipient sent one to me. Adding a ridiculous fee of $20.95 was not what I expected, as I was under the impression that it was a local flower shop. I feel I wasted a lot of money spending $84.59 with "free delivery", and the arrangement was very skimpy on flowers. I did research on your ratings, and chose this company as they had good reviews.
