Your website is user friendly - the Thanksgiving selections were beautiful. I esp. like the area for special instructions - I was able to identify the delivery was to a residence with a long driveway and that there was a dog on the property. Prior to the delivery, a rep called my stepbrother. My stepbrother offered to pick the arrangement up as he had errands to run in Festus. In lieu of the delivery, additional flowers were added to the beautiful arrangement. Great costumer service! I will use Avas again. tee
