Ordering on your website is very easy. I appreciate the pictures and descriptions. One area of opportunity... Descriptions of the flower count difference between deluxe and premium would be nice to help understand how the additional cost is calculated. I am THRILLED to tell you that Scarlet was sooooo sweet and helpful to me! It was around 4:00 in Austin when I asked her if I could get an arrangement for my sons engagement. I was very happy with the customer service. I called on a Sunday to have flowers delivered to a funeral home for a service being held the next morning - so the flowers had to be delivered that same day (Sunday) around 2 pm. I chose a floral arrangement off their site - and explained my situation with being out of the state and needing to have the flowers delivered that day. They did deliver the flowers that morning! and I was told that the arrangement was beautiful. I would absolutely use Avas again. Thank you, Diane Muscatelli
