Avas Reviews - General 03/19/2017 3:54AM I needed an orange colorful flower to be sent to my aunts home as they requested no flowers at the funeral. Her favorite color is orange and we wanted to brighten her day as we could not attend the out of state funeral. The young man that took my order had such a great phone voice and was so helpful. He got everything right and told me the orange flower i picked out would be beautiful and it was. The order confirmation was sent by Email quickly,and the follow my order was so accurate. I was so happy to find an out of town florist that was so good and honest, but still made me feel so important. Thank you for taking care of me and making my aunt so happy. I received a call from Ava's with a concern that they might not be able to complete my order and asked if an alternate live plant arrangement would be acceptable. They said they would make every effort to find one from their suppliers. To my surprise I received a call from my colleague that a she received a beautiful orchid plant!.
