I was very impressed with the delivery. Mrs. Mills informed me that the delivery person was dressed very professionally and she was greeted with words that made the delivery special and personal. I only requested that flowers be handed directly to Mrs. Mills, but I received much more.

I personally did not see the flowers but my grandmother said they were big and beautiful. Thanks for helping to make her 97th birthday special.

I requested the flowers be delivered by 11:00am and they were delivered a few hours later than that as she was packing up her car to leave for the day. Also, I don't know if the balloon was delivered with it. I only saw a picture of the flowers and her father passed away in Texas yesterday so she has gone to be with family and I'm not going to bother her about the balloon at this point.
