Very helpful staff. I forgot to place my name on the Happy Birthday card so my cousin had to call to inquire. The florist referred her to the main number to call, but it was past closing time in the east coast office. In the meantime I called her and told her I realized I didn't put my name on the card. Mystery solved!! The interaction with the Florist was very professional and helpful.
