Everything went fine with ordering and delivery. My only surprise was the service charge that wasn't indicated during ordering process. I wish the added fee was more clearly stated up front. When I questioned the additional charge, at least they got back to me immediately with an explanation.Otherwise the transaction went smoothly and my mom liked the arrangement.

These flowers were for my niece for her birthday. The flowers were beautiful. She received them before 1:00 which was excellent. However, the only thing was that the flowers only arrived with one balloon instead of the 3 I ordered. Other than that, my experience was great.

My daughter sent me a picture of the flowers that were delivered and they were beautiful and I was very happy with them. You never know where you order something away from your own area what you will get, but these were VERY nice. Thank you.

Avas Flowers Employees and Staff Regarding Order # 2183165. The party that received this was EXTREMELY SATISFIED. This is the 2nd time I used Avas Flowers having such a GREAT experience the 1st time. ALL fault due to me, there were problems with the delivery due to a new building development and my neglecting to offer the recipients Tel #.
