The arrangement was beautiful, just what I expected and was delivered on time.

Your site was easy to use.....you had some specials going on and waived the delivery fee......which I thought was great.....but I was a little surprised by the high handling fee which I did not expect. The flowers, however, were very nice and were delivered quickly.

Several employees I spoke with were very helpful. Communicating through the website was not as easy, connections -links posted in emails didn't work well to make edits in the sympathy card I needed to make. Also, and apparently this is being worked on, the invoice that came with some Spanish words included were garbled if they included words with accents or the "en-yay" --I know if I put that n with squiggle on top here you will not see it exactly as I intend. Customer service over the phone was outstanding. Thank you.
