Customer service rep was excellent when I ordered the flowers as well as when I called again to make sure the flowers were arriving on time (recipient had to leave their gate open and it was already 4 pm….I told her flowers could be delivered up to 7 pm). Flowers were what I expected and apparently beautiful according to the recipient. I have had bad experience with a previous company so I was pleased with this service!
