I ordered flowers for a dear friend of mine as a thank you. I ordered the flowers at approximately 1:00 pm EST. I asked for a 5:00 pm delivery in AZ. She called me at 3:00 pm and told me she received the BEAUTIFUL flowers. GREAT customer service. Thank you Anna Carlson

I thought the handling fee was high. However, my daughter in law sent a picture when she rec'd the basket and it lloks like the online version (not always the case) and she said the fruit looked good.

From the moment of placing the order, (the girl on the phone, knew the name of the deceased for the sympathy flowers), all of the follow up emails regarding my order, confirmation, delivery, etc., to arriving at the funeral home and the family of the deceased being pleased with the flowers, Avas Flowers was top-notch! I definitely would call again if I need an order and I would also recommend the business to others! Thanks for the care and professionalism I was given in ordering the flowers for my wonderful uncle's funeral!

I am very pleased with the service provided. All details regarding name of recipient and delivery address, etc. were double checked for spelling and accuracy. I especially appreciate the helpful comment explaining which bouquet came with a vase. The recipient loved, loved, loved the "beautiful, colorful bouquet." (Thank You bouquet ordered) My compliments to you for creating a bouquet that brought smiles to her day.
