I was unable to attend the funeral for my aunt because I live over 4 hours away. I have not talked with my cousin yet but when I do, if the flowers were not satisfactory, I will let you know at a later date. As far as customer service, I was pleased. Stella absolutely loved the blue orchids. She worked for a florist for 16 years and didn't know what kind of flower they were, but was so excited to hear that they were orchids, and she loved the color.
