Your site is easy to navigate and you have a great selection. I’m ordering from the Midwest to send gifts to my Aunt and have ordered from you at least twice in the past. It seems to go smoothly and any special requests have been filled. I just wish I could see how close to the picture I select the actual arrangement is. But all in all, my siblings and I are happy with Ava’s.

The flowers arrived on time on the scheduled date. They seem to be very nice, though many of the leaves on the stems fell off upon opening. They have not yet fully opened, so we shall see how long they hold up.

Hi, I ordered online from Australia, corrected the delivery date to the next day in the US (we are a day ahead of you) but the basket did not arrive, the delivery date was for the 31st when I checked online. and delivery was rescheduled.I thought initially that the international dateline had confused matters, but perhaps there was an issue at the Lodi store? They were delivered today, 1st Feb. your time, not from Lodi but from Ceres; a dedicated staff member took the trouble to drive all the way to Lodi from Ceres, so the delivery got through. How incredible! My thanks to that person for making sure my sister received her 'cheer up' basket, she really liked it. With that sort of attitude towards customer service I hope they are appreciated by Ava's. Thanks again from down under! Baska Bartsch

It's always difficult ordering flowers via internet, you don't always know what you are going to get especially when you live 1,000 miles away! My Mom had surgery recently and I wanted to send her something to brighten her day. I ordered through Avas and was very satisfied. The flowers arrived to her on the day I had requested (despite putting the order in after noon) and according to her were just beautiful! The bouquet was as described and arranged beautifully and I was given free delivery which I totally appreciated. I have put Avas at the top of my "list" for ordering flowers for my family in Michigan.
