I called Ava's Flowers spoke Spencer a very professional and kind man that helped me with my order. I explained I didn't get the size of arrangement I ordered for my sister funeral. Spencer understood my disappointment. He made the necessary adjustments. I want to let you know the arrangement I did get was beautiful but a smaller version. Wow! I ordered the flowers and they were delivered within a few hours to my friend who had just lost her Dad. She received the flowers and said they were verey beautiful. I would most definitely rate the service and the quality of the flowers as a 10 and I would use your services again. Thank you!

The sunflowers were beautiful and healthy and very much enjoyed by the staff at Learning Services. They were a day late in arriving, however the florist called me to apologize and assure they would be delivered on time on the current day. I was very happy with the entire transaction.

I'm in Australia. Your web site doesn't handle overseas orders well. It did allow me to order, though. I love that you have this designer option to allow the florist to build a bouquet from the loveliest flowers of the day!
