While the arrange was nice and what was expected; delivery time was not prior to 1:00pm despite paying an additional fee. I was in the office when the arrangement arrived and delivery was made to Heather's desk as she was out of the office and the time was 1:09Pm. Therefore, sending me an email that the delivery was made to the recipient and at 1pm was incorrect.
