I'm so pleased to be able to give feedback for one of the best possible experiences ever! I called THE DAY of the funeral, thinking it was the next day...I called at 10:30 for a 2:00 delivery....flawless! Starting with outstanding phone communication and service, the young man who handled my order was efficient, sympathetic and clearly very capable. If only more experiences were like this one...and I was able to save face with the family for getting the (I hear) beautiful standing arrangement to the church on time.
