Since this service was out of state, I didn’t see the flowers but a family member told me they were pretty. I don’t understand why you advertise free delivery but tack on a handling and service charge. Had I not been in a rush since it was Saturday morning with the service scheduled for Sunday, I would have shopped elsewhere.

She loved the flowers and they matched the picture selected from the website. They arrived around 2:00 pm, before the promised time of 7:00pm. Great job!
