The girl I placed the order with was very nice. I can't remember her name but she was very compassionate and seemed very sympathetic to the loss of my brother. She assured me the plant would get to the cemetery before they closed, and it did. It was a same day delivery so it was very much appreciated that it got there on time. Thank you so much!
