I had a bit of trouble navigating the website so I called. The rep was very helpful and processed my order. I did have to ask for a breakdown of the charge as I didn't see any mention of a service fee. The delivery was fairly immediate (this is the day before Thanksgiving both for placing the order and delivery) and my aunt loved the flowers - she said they it was the prettiest basket of flowers she'd ever received and it made her day. Thank you.
