I had ordered a birthday arrangements to be delivered the next day (Saturday) for my sister's birthday. Shortly after I placed the order, I received an email, phone call and text message to call about my order. I called and was told the local florist could not deliver my order due to a funeral. I was told they would be happy to upgrade my order to two dozen assorted color roses and promised it would be delivered by UPS on Saturday for no additional charge. The flowers were delivered as promised and my sister was thrilled! I've used Ava's flowers several times, and have never had a problem. Thanks Ava's Flowers!
